Begin with Excellence - This seminar presents a system of recruiting and selecting excellent employees.

We begin with the principles of employee value and outline the basic principles of employment and business structure.  A basic outline is established for the whole process and over the two days is covered in detail.

We start with communications training which seeks to build interviewing techniques which are practiced in a role play environment.

Effective recruiting begins with job development to understand the needs of the position to be filled.  The characteristics of an excellent employee are derived and understood by the group.

We continue with a multiple step process including the following modules:

Networking, recruiting, screening, reference checking, employee testing, behavioral interviewing and effective decision making.
