Clyde Vadner has had a distinguished and diversified career in the areas of training, motivating and managing people. He is a native of St. Louis, Missouri and a graduate of DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. Joining the Coca-Cola business immediately after college, Clyde worked his way from Route Salesman through every level of management from front line supervisor to the corner office with assignments in Indianapolis, St. Louis, Detroit and Philadelphia. Along the way his responsibilities included the training and development of hundreds of salespeople, middle managers and top level executives. For nearly a dozen of those years, he served as the marketing and sales officer of Philadelphia Coca-Cola Bottling Company and completed his career in that industry as the Vice President, General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of that company, an enterprise with $ 85 million dollars in sales and over 700 employees.

Since 1983, he has been a Senior Management Consultant with Kraft Associates/ODA of Exton, Pennsylvania, a well known consulting firm specializing in the development and growth of the “human assets” of client companies in a wide range of product and service industries. Among his personal clients are Herr Foods, Inc. of Nottingham, Pennsylvania and Ruppert Nurseries of Laytonsville, Maryland, both of which have used his services continuously for more than eighteen years.

Clyde’s expertise in sales training and management development has earned him an enviable reputation. A frequent leader of seminars and workshops and facilitator of long range planning sessions, he is well known to trade association audiences, both on the State and on the National levels.
